15 years in — and the version of success I’m chasing has changed.
In 2024, I earned my Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation — a credential held by fewer than 700 people worldwide.
It is remarkable to think I have been speaking professionally, leading workshops, conducting strategy sessions, and advising business people as an executive coach for over 15 years.
The biggest shift? It used to be that success was a full calendar. For years, I was gone over 100 nights a year — and that felt important. Today, with Amelia entering high school, there are only a few years left before she moves out and we become empty nesters… and I don’t want to miss what these years have in store.

The best part is that I now see how possible it is to do both.
My ask is two-fold

Frankly, anywhere groups of business leaders bring in presenters for talks and workshops, I’d love an introduction. That’s it!
Think Chambers of Commerce, conferences, industry trade groups and associations, civic organizations, and business-focused networks.
I specialize in working with organizations whose business growth has outpaced their internal leadership capacity.
Often times small to mid-sized companies are in the sweet spot. That said, my experience includes working with large, corporate clients as well.
[Truthfully, they often have the very same challenges as the small to medium sized companies, only the context is different…but you dont’ need to worry about that part.]
Most businesses are great at “doing what they do,” but scaling their success gets bottlenecked due to missing leadership capabilities. I help them fix that and get back on track.
Most importantly, if I’m not the right fit, I’ll connect them with my extensive network of vetted professionals.
My goal through 2027
Businesses that have grown fast — and whose leadership capacity hasn’t caught up. They’re excellent at “doing what they do,” but scaling that success is bottlenecked by gaps in leadership skill, structure, or bandwidth. That’s the gap I close.
